The Owner

Chef Allen is a personal chef who puts his own twist on various cuisines from around the world. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 1994, he became a consultant for several companies before starting his own business. He was also the chef and owner of Starr Bistro in Cortland, New York. In addition, Chef Allen has served as an executive chef in various restaurants in New York for more than 20 years.
